By registering you agree to all terms and conditions including those set forth by Bid N Win Auctions, Terms and Conditions, and all Instructions regarding payment, shipping and removal of goods. EMAIL By registering for this auction you are giving permission to Bid N Win Auctions to place you on the Auction Update email notification list. You may opt out of this process at any time by following the directions on the email itself. WARRANTY All goods are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller or auctioneer. While we endeavor to provide accurate descriptions and photographs for every item, these measures cannot replace a buyer’s own senses and judgement. For this reason, we provide multiple preview dates and buyers are encouraged to take advantage of them. All items are sold as is and all sales are final.The seller has provided descriptions of items for sale that are believed to be correct, however, neither the seller or the auctioneer guarantee the accuracy or correctness of any description. Your failure to inspect goods before bidding does not relieve you of your responsibility to pay for your purchases as agreed. No claims for refund, price adjustment or withdrawal of a bid will be considered. As a bidder you will determine the value, condition, age, authenticity, rarity or construction materials of the goods offered for bid. BIDDING This is an online timed auction. All bids for this auction must be placed online via the internet through our bidding platform. You will place a bid which will be considered your maximum bid. The system will then put your bid at the level required to make you the high bidder. As others bid, your bid will be increased in pre-set intervals until you win the bid at the close of the auction or until your maximum bid is exceeded and you are out of the bidding. You may re-enter the bidding at any time you are outbid. EXTENDED BIDDING AND SOFT CLOSE Any item that received a bid in the final minute of the auction will receive an additional minute of bidding. Such extended bidding will continue until bidding on that item ceases. PASSWORD AND SECURITY As a Bidder, you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidding number and password. The security of your Bidder information is your sole responsibility as you, the Bidder, will be responsible for any and all bids placed under your number. If at any time you feel that your bidder number and password have been compromised due to lack of security on your part you must notify Bid N Win Auctions prior to the close of bidding. The auctioneer is held harmless in the event of computer, software, hardware or server malfunctions, or down time during this auction event. PREMIUMS AND TAXES A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to your high bid and will be part of the final selling price. The Buyer's Premium represents the bidder's share of the cost of producing the auction. 6.75% sales tax will be added to the final invoice. If a bidder has a resale tax number, it is the bidder's responsibility to email a valid certificate to bidderanswers@gmail.com 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AUCTION to receive the reduction. SHORT NOTICE WILL NOT ALLOW YOUR BIDDER PROFILE TO BE UPDATED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED SALES TAX. VEHICLES State Sales Tax, Property Tax, State Registration Fees on vehicles will not be charged by the auctioneer and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay the appropriate government agency. Working condition is to be determined by the purchaser by personal inspection. PAYMENT Your payment method will be pre-determined when you register. We ask that during the COVID19 pandemic you pay by Credit Card or Debit Card, for the safety of our customers and staff. We accept Visa and MasterCard only. Your credit card number will be on file and the full amount of your purchases including the buyer's premium and sales tax, if applicable, will be charged to your account within (2) two hours of the close of the auction. Your acceptance to the Term and Conditions set forth herein includes your agreement not to initiate a chargeback on your credit card. A declined credit card will result in a ($10) Ten Dollar processing fee to use a different card. Shipping For items that are feasible to ship, we will ship them during the week following the close of the auction. A $6 handling fee will be added to the cost of postage to cover packaging, handling, and materials. IF A LISTING DOES NOT STATE "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" IN THE DESCRIPTION, WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING FOR IT. If a bidder wishes for those items to be shipped, it will be their responsibility to find a shipper and arrange it beforehand with the auction company. TO PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT CORRECTLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP AT THE CLOSE OF AUCTION IF YOU WILL NEED SHIPPING Pick Up The dates and times for pick up as well as the building address can be found in the “Auction Details” section of the auction page. We offer multiple pick up times to accommodate busy schedules and we understand that logistics can be a challenge, especially for large purchases. If you are unable to pick up your merchandise at those listed times, it can be stored for an additional fee for a period up to 10 days. This fee will be determined by the auctioneer considering nature and size of the merchandise so please contact Bid N Win Auctions well in advance of the listed pickup dates to arrange storage and extra time. Since items no picked up will interfere with the conducting of new auctions, no merchandise can be stored for more than 10 days. Pick Up Purchased items may be collected on the following dates at 2205 W. English Rd, High Point, 27262. Tuesday April 5, 2022 from 2:00-6:00 Wednesday April 6, 2022 from 2:00-6:00 Sunday April 10, 2022 from 2:00-6:00 These are the only times available for pick up. Note: Parking is limited so feel free to park in the adjacent lot at the intersection of Ward and English. Shipping For items that are feasible to ship, the lot will say "Shipping Available". The bidder will be responsible for paying the shipping price plus a $6 handling fee. Ignorance of the cost of shipping will not be accepted as an excuse to abandon merchandise. If lots can be combined into a single box we will do so to keep the price down and only one handling fee will be applied. If the item does not say "Shipping Available" we do not offer shipping on it. This will typically apply to larger items and fragile pieces such as glass and ceramics. If a bidder wishes for those items to be shipped, it will be their responsibility to find a shipper and arrange it beforehand with the auction company.
